Faculty reflects the strength of running a middle school and it is one of the indicators to measure the effectiveness of running a school. Besides, it determines the quality of running a school. The employment of faculty is a key factor affecting the overall standard of the faculty of a school. Faced with the candidates of various levels, the administrators of a middle school have mixed feelings. While screening hypothesis has some limitations, its screening function is of great significance. |
