      师资力量能体现一所中学的办学实力和水平,是衡量一所中学办学成效的主要指标之一,师资水平的高低决定着中学办学质量的走向。教师招聘是影响一所学校教师整体水平的重要因素,对参差不齐的应聘队伍,中学管理者喜忧参半。筛选假设理论虽然具有一定的局限性,但是其筛选的功能具有积极的意义。
英文摘要:
      Faculty reflects the strength of running a middle school and it is one of the indicators to measure the effectiveness of running a school. Besides, it determines the quality of running a school. The employment of faculty is a key factor affecting the overall standard of the faculty of a school. Faced with the candidates of various levels, the administrators of a middle school have mixed feelings. While screening hypothesis has some limitations, its screening function is of great significance.
