      Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory has at least three englightenments for the current construction of primary school culture. First, positive core values would be established due to the safety requirements. Next, based on the needs of sociality and ascription, we should stimulate active emotion experience. Finally, we should meet the demands of the mutual respect between teachers and students in order to build a harmonious campus.
