      随着经济发展进入新常态，国家大力推进大众创业、万众创新，鼓励包括职校学生在内的各种主体发挥聪明才智，以实现创新支持创业、创业带动就业的良性互动发展，这给常规的重就业、轻创业的学校教育提出了新的要求和挑战。在这种背景下，文章提出了“益工坊”创意集市活动模式作为学生创业意识培养的有益探索，分析了这种模式发挥作用的机制和产生的效果，以及对教学工作的启示。

英文摘要:

      With the new development of economy, our country is vigorously promoting popular entrepreneurship and innovation, and encouraging all subjects , including students on campus, to utilize their intelligence to realize the interactive development of “innovation supporting entrepreneurship while entrepreneurship drawing employment”. This is a new demand and challenge to our school education , which often puts emphasis on employment instead of entrepreneurship. Under this background, the thesis puts forward the viewpoint that the mode of originality and entrepreneurship bazaar , “Beneficial Art Workshop”, as a helpful exploration to cultivate students’ awareness of entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, the thesis analyzes the mechanism it plays, the effects it has produced, as well as the enlightenment to teaching.
