      文章基于DEA规模报酬可变模型和二次相对效率法，对中部地区普通高中教育经费支出效率进行了动态分析。发现总体上中部地区普通高中教育经费使用效率较高，并且各省份经费使用效率差距不大。通过二次相对效率法发现，山西省和江西省的管理效率得分小于配置效率得分，证明山西省和江西省的普通高中教育经费使用效率还存在着较大提升空间。

      Based on variable returns to scale DEA model and quadratic relative efficiency method, we did a dynamic analysis on the efficiency of educational expenditure in central high schools. We found a higher efficiency of the central general secondary school education expenditure, and the gap of educational expenditure between the provinces is not big. Through quadratic relative efficiency, we found the managing efficiency in Shanxi and Jiangxi scoring less than allocative efficiency, there is still a large room for improvement in Shanxi Province and Jiangxi Province.
