      课堂问题行为一直是中小学课堂教学中最具普遍意义的问题,但是课堂上教师的管理行为违背了其应具有的伦理性:管理理念存在偏差;管理方式简单;管理制度不规范等。面对这些非伦理性的表现,需要通过完善教师管理理念、提高管理制度的规范化、促进管理方式的和谐、改进教师管理的具体策略,来实现对课堂问题行为管理伦理性的应然追求:以人为本(以生为本)的管理理念、多样和谐的管理方式、规范而人性化的管理制度。
英文摘要:
      Classroom behavior is always the most significant section in classroom teaching of primary and secondary school. However, when it comes to the fact, most teachers’ classroom management is unethical:some of them hold the wrong management idea, some of them handle it carelessly, and some of the management systems are informal.Confront with these unethical phenomenon, we ought to perfect the teachers’ classroom management concept, standardize the management systems, harmonize the management mode, and improve the teachers’ specific teaching strategies, so as to realize the ethical pursuit of classroom behavior management, that is, human oriented management concept, diverse and harmonious management mode, and standardized and humanized management systems.
