Classroom behavior is always the most significant section in classroom teaching of primary and secondary school. However, when it comes to the fact, most teachers’ classroom management is unethical:some of them hold the wrong management idea, some of them handle it carelessly, and some of the management systems are informal.Confront with these unethical phenomenon, we ought to perfect the teachers’ classroom management concept, standardize the management systems, harmonize the management mode, and improve the teachers’ specific teaching strategies, so as to realize the ethical pursuit of classroom behavior management, that is, human oriented management concept, diverse and harmonious management mode, and standardized and humanized management systems. |
