      面对科技进步日新月异、国际竞争日趋激烈的挑战,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的人才,是时代赋予教育的重任。高阶思维是创新素养的内核。文章界定了高阶思维的内涵和特点,分析了高阶思维的基本结构,阐述了培养中小学生高阶思维的重要意义和价值,并探索了在教学实践中培养高阶思维的有效策略。

      In the face of rapid progress in science and technology, the increasingly fierce competition in the international challenges, to train talents with innovation spirit and practice ability, is the era have entrusted to the important task of education. Higher-order thinking is the kernel of innovation quality. This paper defines the connotation and characteristics of higher order thinking, analyzes the basic structure of the higher-order thinking, this paper expounds the significance of cultivating primary and middle school students higher-order thinking and value, and explores the training in the teaching practice of higher order thinking effective strategies.
