      近年来,小班化教学日渐成为中小学教育改革的世界性发展方向,为促进每一位学生全面而富有个性的发展提供了途径。本文概述了小班化教学、学生个性发展的概念,简介了小班化教学的已有优势及不足等方面,对教学实践提出了新要求,包括创设适合个性发展的小班化教学情境、进行适应个性发展的教材二次开发、教学评价模式趋向个性化、提升教师专业化水平等,尝试对进一步完善小班化教学提出建设性的建议。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, small-class teaching has gradually become a world trend in the reform of middle and primary education. It also provides a way to promote every student with an overall development as well as with their own personalities. From the view of small-class education, students’ personalized development, the existing advantages and insufficiencies of small-class teaching. This paper tries to discuss the new requirements for the practice of small-class education including creating suitable situations of small-class teaching for students’ personalized development, secondary development with the supporting materials, innovating the model of teaching evaluation, promoting teachers’ professional level. Then put forward some constructive suggestions to improve the small-class teaching further.
