      办学体制不变化,原有教师、招聘、引进等办学条件不变,作为一所公办学校如何实施教育国际化呢?要从“观念”和“行为”入手,既要“坚持优秀的传统”,也要“汲取他人的精华”。 不同指向的考察,让教师们在观念上感到碰撞和差异,在行为上得到认识与提高。考察是实现文化碰撞、引领学校教育国际化办学的主要途径。“未来学习中心”的建设是实现教育国际化的校本实践的重要载体。
英文摘要:
      While upholding its existing school-running system and its previous school-running conditions in terms of teaching staff, recruitment and brain gain, how does a public school practice international education? This paper believes the problem above can be solved by starting from idea and action, namely “sticking to excellent tradition” on one hand and “absorbing essence from others” on the other hand. Various observations, with their different orientations, allow teaching staff to experience ideas that collides with and differs from their previous views and to better understand and improve their practice. Observation acts as the essential approach to realizing cultural collision and leading school for international education. Building “Future Learning Center” serves as the important platform to realize international education based on the implementation of school courses.
