      In the development of modern private schools, taking full advantage of institutional and mechanism system and building Common Destiny are the two core objectives of school management. Three main elements for constructing the Common Destiny are: handling Three Relations properly, focusing on the maintenance of harmonious working environment of all the staff and cultivating cadres’ leadership ability. Clear and scientific mission should be closely related to suitable and efficient vision so as to present “people-oriented” idea more explicitly. The strategic cultural management, refined strategy selection and innovation of team building will guarantee the achievement of the mission.
