英国小学数学专家教师项目与我国“国培计划”比较研究

      在数学学科方面，鉴于TMSS数学测试和PISA测试的结果，世界各国都在审视着自己国家的数学教育，各自发起了大大小小的数学教育改革。教育改革关键在于教师，英国作为一个传统的教育强国从没停止走向卓越教育的脚步。文章通过引介英国小学数学专家教师项目及其特点阐释，联系我国的“国培计划”对小学数学教师的培养计划进行分析比较，以期能为我国小学数学教师教育和培训提供更好的借鉴和启示。

英文摘要:

      Nowadays countries around the world initiate reform respectively because of the complete view of their mathematics education from TIMSS and PISA .Teachers are critical for the mathematics education reform.As a traditional education powerful country,England keep onward to an excellence education.By introducing the primary mathematics expert teacher project of England,and combine with the comparion of the national primary school mathematics teacher training plan, this paper tries to provide some enlighten to our primary mathematics education.
