      美国非常重视教师教育。为了培养适应学生发展需求、适应美国民族振兴的优秀教师,美国构建了一系列行之有效的激励机制,主要表现在国家政策引导、科学管理、人文激励及环境创设等方面,旨在诱发教师自我提升内在需求,培养高质量的教师队伍。美国教师教育经验,对推进我国的教师继续教育具有如下启示:制定《教师继续教育课程标准》,加强教师专业发展政策激励;建立系统的教师管理体系,激励教师自主规划专业发展,建立专家资源库为教师专业发展提供专业师资团队;建立科学分层的培养激励机制及以优势学科引领的专业发展基地学校,鼓励教师在实践中实现专业成长。
英文摘要:
      The United States take great importance to teachers’ education. In order to Training good teachers that they can adapt the students’ development needs and the nation’s revitalization, the USA through a series of effective incentive mechanism, which is mainly reflected in national policy guidance, scientific management system, humanities stimulus and environment creation, etc., to induce teachers’ self-development intrinsic demand, and train high quality teachers. To learn from the experiences of the USA’s teacher education and promote our teachers’ continuing education, form Curriculum Standards of Teachers’ Continuing Education to strengthen teachers’ professional development policies lead; establish a incentive management system to induce teachers’ independent professional development planning, and establish expert repository to provide professional teachers team for teacher s’ professional development ; establish scientific training mechanism and the professional development school leading by advantageous subject, encourage teachers to achieve professional development in practice.
