      韩国农村学校及其文化自近代以来经历了独特的发展历程,大致经历了走向“平等化”阶段、步入“现代化”阶段和追求“内涵发展”阶段,借力倾斜政策快速发展、基于本土实际自主发展、尊重系统差异逐层发展、重视前沿探究科学发展是其主要发展特点。这对我国当前城乡教育一体化进程中农村学校文化的发展具有一定参考价值。
英文摘要:
      Since the modern times, South Korea’s rural school and its culture has experienced its unique course of development, and it has undergone the stage of going to “equality” , the stage of stepping into “modernization” and the stage of pursuing “connotation development”. Its main characteristics of development are rapid development with the help of preferential policy, independent development based on local reality, layer by layer development by respecting the differences of systems and scientific development by attaching importance to the frontier study. It has some reference values to the development of the current rural school culture under the background of the integration of urban and rural education in China.
