      教育实习是发展职前教师实践性知识的重要途径,在我国目前的教育实习指导模式中,中学指导教师成为指导的核心力量,模仿型、助手型、同事型等不同教育实习指导模式对实习生实践性知识发展产生不同的影响。建议教育实习指导基于促进实习生实践性知识发展的理念,充分发挥高校和中学指导教师的协同作用,采用系统指导的模式,搭建实习生专业发展的初始平台,构建促进实习生实践性知识发展的教育实习指导模式。
英文摘要:
      The student teaching is an important approach to developing preservice teacher’s practical knowledge. Recently, the cooperating teacher from the district has been the core strength for the mode of student teaching guidance. The variety of student teaching instruction modes will have different impacts on student teacher’s practical knowledge, such as Imitation Mode, Assistant Mode, Colleagues Mode, etc. Some suggestions have been provided: student teaching should be based on the concepts of developing student teacher’s practical knowledge; the cooperating teacher from the district and the supervisor through the college should fully collaborate; to apply the mode of systematical instruction; to build initial platform for student teacher’s professional development; to build the student teaching instructional mode to develop student teacher’s practical knowledge.
