      当前国培计划实施过程中,由于多方面的原因,较少关注国培学员学业成绩的评估。档案袋评价作为一种有效的形成性评价手段,能适应国培项目性质与教师在职学习的特点,且具有较强的操作性,可以作为国培学员学业成绩评估的重要手段。应深入领会国培计划理念,探索以档案袋评价为代表的多元评价手段,合理评估国培学员的学业成绩,建设形态丰富的国培文化,践行国培计划的应有价值。
英文摘要:
      Nowadays,due to various reasons,in the implementary process of National Training Plan,we pay less attention to the assessment on academic performance of the students.As a kind of effective means for formative assessment,portfolio evaluation can adapt to the nature of the National Training project,catering to the characteristics of on-the-job learning for teachers,furthermore, it has a strongly operational.So ,it can be used as the important means for evaluation on students’ academic performance in the National Training Plan .We should make a further understanding to the essential of the project, exploring multivariate means for evaluation represented by portfolio evaluation,so as to give a reasonable assessment to the students’ academic performance who take part into the plan.Only to do so ,we can enrich multitudinous culture for the National Training Plan,and put the appropriate value of the project into effect.
