Nowadays,due to various reasons,in the implementary process of National Training Plan,we pay less attention to the assessment on academic performance of the students.As a kind of effective means for formative assessment,portfolio evaluation can adapt to the nature of the National Training project,catering to the characteristics of on-the-job learning for teachers,furthermore, it has a strongly operational.So ,it can be used as the important means for evaluation on students’ academic performance in the National Training Plan .We should make a further understanding to the essential of the project, exploring multivariate means for evaluation represented by portfolio evaluation,so as to give a reasonable assessment to the students’ academic performance who take part into the plan.Only to do so ,we can enrich multitudinous culture for the National Training Plan,and put the appropriate value of the project into effect. |
