变革性学习是成人学习的特有方式,该学习通过困境引发、批判性反思推进、反省对话深入和实践行动的系列过程,揭示了成人参与学习活动的意义建构过程。教师是特殊的成人学习者,文章希望通过个案分析,探究教师参与变革性学习的内在机制,并基于此,探索教师有效参与变革性学习的可能性路径,以期对教师学习、教师教学实践和教师专业发展产生新启迪,打开新视野,拓展新思路。 |

Transformative learning is an special approach for adult learning, which reveals the meaningful constructive process of adult learning activity through dilemma triggering, critical thinking promoting, reflective dialogue deepening and practical action. Teachers are special adult learning. This article explores the internal mechanism that teachers participate in transformative learning though case analysis, and based on this, discusses the possible paths which teachers take part in effective transformative learning. Finally hope to generate new enlightenment, open a new field of vision and develop new ideas in order to be helpful to teacher learning, teachers’ teaching practice and teachers’ professional development. |
