碳-11标记方法学的新进展与应用

摘要:
正电子发射断层扫描(PET)是一种无创分子影像技术,因其有成像清晰、疾病诊断方便的优点,近年来发展非常迅速.而PET示踪剂的正电子放射性核素种类繁多,目前常见的非金属核素有11C,18F,13N和15O.其中,11C因其半衰期适宜(t1/2=20.4 min)、合成方法广泛等特点引起了人们的关注.文章介绍了近几年来11C放射性核素在标记方法学上的创新,及其在PET示踪剂合成上的各种尝试.

Abstract:
Positron emission tomography (PET) is a noninvasive molecular imaging technique. Because of its advantages of clear imaging and convenient disease diagnosis, PET has been developed rapidly in recent years. There are many kinds of positron radionuclides in PET tracers. At present, the common nonmetallic radionuclides include 11C, 18F, 13N and 15O. Among them, the suitable half-life(t1/2=20.4 min)and extensive synthetic methods of 11C have attracted the attention of radiochemists. Herein, the innovative labeling methods of 11C radionuclide in recent years and its attempt in the synthesis of specific PET tracers are reviewed.
