氮掺杂荧光碳点的合成及其生物应用进展

摘要:
杂原子掺杂碳点因其优异的性能而备受关注,其中以氮掺杂碳点(N-CDs)的研究最为广泛. N-CDs相较于普通碳点(CDs)具有更高的量子产率和发光性能. 优良的水溶性、低毒性、令人满意的生物相容性和良好的组织通透性,令其在生物分析检测、抗菌剂、生物医学成像和疾病治疗中显示出了巨大的应用前景. 文章简述了N-CDs的相关性能、合成策略及其在生物医学领域的相关应用.

Synthesis and biological application progress of nitrogen doped fluorescent carbon dots

Abstract:
In recent years, heteroatom-doped carbon dots have attracted much attention due to their superior performances, among which nitrogen-doped carbon dots(N-CDs) have been most widely studied. N-CDs have higher quantum yields and luminescent properties compared to ordinary carbon dots. Due to their excellent water solubility, low toxicity, satisfactory biocompatibility, and good tissue permeability, N-CDs have shown great application prospects in biological analysis and detection, antibacterial agents, biomedical imaging, and disease treatment. Herein, the relevant properties and synthesis strategies of N-CDs and related applications in the biomedical field have been briefly reviewed.
