基于吸收式衰减器原理,分别设计和仿真了圆弧形和柳叶形的固定式衰减器,在200~260 GHz频率范围内能够实现10dB和20dB两种规格的衰减,衰减精确度均低于±1.3dB. |

In this paper, based on the principle of absorption attenuators, circular and Lance-shaped fixed attenuators are designed and simulated respectively. They can achieve 10dB and 20dB attenuation in the frequency range of 200-260 GHz, and their attenuation accuracy is less than ±1.3dB. |
