摘要: |
手部疾病的发生率在逐年增多,手部功能障碍最常发生的部位是第二至第五指掌指关节出现僵直设计了手功能康复治疗仪用于被动锻炼掌指关节的活动度,该仪器由关节活动次数等参数控制利用Monte-Carlo方法设计手康复治疗仪的参数,并采用K-means聚类算法对患者特征进行聚类以收集参数,并按照聚类分析后的结果赋值于新患者的起始参数. |

Abstract: |
The incidence of hand diseases is increasing. The most common hand dysfunction is the stiffness of the second to fifth metacarpophalangeal joints. We designed a hand functional rehabilitation therapy instrument for passive metacarpophalangeal joint exercise. The instrument wascontrolled by parameters such as joint motion times. Monte-Carlo method was used to design the hand rehabilitation therapy instrument parameters. K-means clustering algorithm was used to cluster the patient's characteristics for parameters collection. Initial parameter values were thenassigned to new patients according to the cluster analysis results. |
