上海市部分社区食品安全科普现状与有效性探索

摘要:
基于上海师范大学“安全新食代”大学生科普队对上海市部分社区食品安全科普的现状调研,通过社会服务的形式探究了社区食品科普的实际效果.选取5个社区320名居民进行食品安全知识-态度-行为(KAP)调研,结果表明:社区居民对食品安全知识有一定基础,但缺乏全面、系统且深入的了解,存在误区且个体差异较大.线上线下相结合的科普服务在提高居民关注度、求知欲,改善居民食品安全态度、行为上有一定成效,且受到了居民们的认可与欢迎,具有继续发展、扩大影响力的基础与潜力.通过实践科普活动和调研,对不同年龄层人群提出了不同的科普实施建议.

Study on the current situation and the effectiveness of food safety education among certain community residents in Shanghai

Abstract:
The food safety education was carried out in certain communities in Shanghai by the college students' food safety education team called the "New Era of Food Safety" from Shanghai Normal University.Meanwhile,the education effectiveness was accessed through a Knowledge,Attitude and Practice (KAP) questionnaire survey by 320 residents from 5 communities.The results showed that community residents have had certain food safety knowledge,but they were lack of comprehensive,systematic and in-depth understanding.There were misunderstandings and individual differences among residents.The food safety education combined online with face-to-face learning was welcomed by local residents and had achieved certain effectiveness in increasing the food safety awareness,improving residents' aspiration to knowledge,attitude and behavior towards food safety.Through food safety education activities,education strategies for three different age categories were suggested for future activities.
