累积损伤模型下Lomax分布产品循环序进应力加速寿命试验的可靠性统计分析

摘要:
基于累积损伤模型,讨论了Lomax分布产品在循环序进应力加速寿命试验下的失效模式,结合极大似然估计和线性回归给出了参数的估计方法,并用Monte-Carlo法模拟数据,计算参数的估计值.

Abstract:
Based on cumulative exposure model, this paper discusses the failure mode of cyclic progressive stress accelerated life testing for Lomax distribution, and discusses the estimation method of parameter by the maximum likelihood estimation and liner egression method. In the end, we produce samples by the Monte-Carlo method, and calculate the estimations of parameters.
