一种降低蓝光危害的白光LED二次封装光转换性能评价研究

摘要:
通过利用创新生产制作的纳米稀土荧光粉(YAG)作为二次封装光转换材料,能够产生面发光的发光体,有效提高LED照明灯具的视觉舒适度,降低光生物危害指标值以及解决LED照明的富蓝光和眩光问题.本研究研制的LED二次封装光转换结构荧光罩(板、膜)具有良好的耐温性能和较强的抗老化性能,提供行业内二次封装光转换的评价体系.

Abstract:
Adopting the nanosized YAG (Yttrium Aluminum Garnet) phosphoras the raw material of a white LED lamp secondary encapsulation structure is able to form a surface light source,enhance euphoropsia,reduce the biological hazard,and solve the problems about excess blue light and glare.The as-prepared white LED lamp secondary encapsulation structure has good temperature tolerance and ageing resistance and provides an evaluation system for the optical conversion performance of the secondary encapsulation structure.
