直齿锥齿轮齿面曲面求解是极具有挑战性的多项选择问题,针对这一问题,提出了一种基于齿面法矢量的直齿锥齿轮齿面曲面求解方法.通过求解齿面曲面法矢量的方向角和齿面曲面的法线长,可直接求解直齿锥齿轮齿面曲面.该方法是一种通用的求解方法,可求解任意一种齿面曲面,为直齿锥齿轮齿面的主动设计和三维造型提供了一种新途径和新方法. |

Abstract: |
Tooth surface generation and design of bevel gears is a challenging and multi-choice problem.A normal vector based method is established to describe the geometries of tooth surfaces of straight bevel gears.The normal vector of the tooth surfaces is introduced to characterize this method.The normal vector including the direction angles and modulus of the vector is solved firstly and then the corresponding tooth surfaces could be generated and analyzed directly,logically and systematically by using the normal vector.This new method is applicable to all types of straight bevel gears with different forms of tooth profiles including spherical involute tooth profiles or other tooth profiles.It provides a new way and method of solid modeling of tooth of straight bevel gears. |
