不对称转换拆分制备D-苯丙氨酸甲酯

摘要:
以L-苯丙氨酸甲酯盐酸盐为原料,经中和后,以3,5-二溴水杨醛为催化剂,D-酒石酸为拆分剂,在甲醇溶液中进行不对称转化拆分制备得到D-苯丙氨酸甲酯,拆分后光学纯度>99%,单程收率>80%.

Abstract:
With 3,5-Dibromosalicylaldehyde as racemization catalyst,a general method for preparation of D-Phenylalanine methyl ester was successfully carried out by crystallization with D-tartaric acid in MeOH from L-Phenylalanine methyl ester hydrochloride being neutralized.Under the optimized conditions,the yield of the resolution reached to more than 80% with the optical purity to 99%.
