炭黑负载的CeO2纳米粒子修饰电极用于电化学测定双酚A

摘要:
制备了炭黑(CB)负载的二氧化铈纳米粒子(CeO2 NPs)修饰玻碳电极(GCE),实现对双酚A(BPA)的电化学测定. 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散X射线谱仪(EDS)和电化学手段对CB负载的CeO2 NPs的形貌及电化学性能进行了表征. 结果表明:高比表面积和良好导电性的CB的加入能有效改善CeO2 NPs的分散性和导电性,该纳米复合材料修饰电极对BPA的电化学氧化呈现优异的电催化活性. 在0.1~35.0 μmol·L-1和35.0~500.0 μmol·L-1范围内,BPA的氧化电流Ipa与其物质的量浓度呈线性关系,检出限(LOD)为0.08 μmol·L-1 (信噪比S/N=3).

Abstract:
Carbon black (CB)-supported cerium dioxide nanoparticles (CeO2 NPs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was used for electrochemical determination of bisphenol A (BPA). The morphology and electrochemical properties of CB loaded CeO2 NPs were characterized using scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), and the electrochemical techniques. The experimental results show that the presence of carbon black with high specific surface area and good conductivity can effectively improve the dispersion and conductivity of CeO2 NPs and the nanocomposites modified GCE exhibits excellent electrocatalytic activity for the electrochemical oxidation of bisphenol A. The oxidation currents of bisphenol A(Ipa) show a good linear relationship with its concentration within the range of 0.1-35.0 μmol·L-1 and 35.0-500.0 μmol·L-1, with a detection limit (LOD) of 0.08 μmol·L-1 (signal-to-noise ratio S/N=3).
