小叶中国蕨中一种ent-贝壳杉烷型二萜化合物分离与结构表征 |

摘要: |
采用硅胶柱色谱法和重结晶法分离小叶中国蕨(Aleuritopteris albofusca)乙酸乙酯相粗组分.从该植物中分离出一种化合物(ent-kaurane-2β,16α,18α-triol),并通过1D和2D核磁共振谱、高分辨率质谱和单晶X射线衍射方法表征了该化合物的结构.这是从小叶中国蕨中首次分离出来的一种新颖的ent-贝壳杉烷型二萜化合物. |

Separation and structural characterization of an ent-kaurane diterpenoid from Aleuritopteris albofusca |

Abstract: |
In this study, the crude fraction of ethyl acetate phase of Aleuritopteris albofusca was separated by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization method. The results showed that a compound, i.e., ent-kaurane-2β, 16α, 18α-triol was isolated from the plant and established by means of 1D and 2D NMR, MS, and single-crystal X-ray methods. It is a novel ent-kaurane diterpene that was isolated from Aleuritopteris albofusca for the first time. |
