不同浓度脱水剂处理对凤眼莲脱水效果及氮磷元素的影响 |

将一种新型脱水剂应用于凤眼莲(Eichhornia crassipes)脱水,并用自动进样器和iCAP7600电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪,分别通过定氮蒸馏法和微波消解法来测量凤眼莲样品鲜重以及氮磷含量.结果表明:凤眼莲样品经脱水剂以30 μL·m-2用量处理过后,在4~6 d后便可出现明显的叶片枯黄、茎秆萎蔫等症状,其鲜重在脱水12 d后下降了约50%.而凤眼莲样品经脱水剂以60 μL·m-2和120 μL·m-2用量处理12 d后,其氮和磷的含量变化并不显著,这说明用该脱水剂处理凤眼莲不会给外部环境带来氮磷富集的影响. |

In this paper, a new dehydrating agent was applied to the dehydration of water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes), and the fresh weight, nitrogen and phosphorus content of samples were measured by nitrogen distillation and microwave digestion with automatic sampler and ICAP7600 inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer, respectively. The results show that under the treatment of 30 μL·m-2 dehydrating agent, the treated samples of water hyacinth can have obvious symptoms such as withered and yellow leaves and wilted stems in 4-6 d, and the fresh weight decreased about 50% after 12 d's treatment. In addition, we found that after 12 days of treatment with 60 μL·m-2 and 120 μL·m-2 dehydrating agent, the changes of nitrogen and phosphorus content in the samples of water hyacinth are not significant, which shows that the treatment of water hyacinth with the dehydrating agent will not cause nitrogen and phosphorus enrichment to the external environment. |
