| Abstract: |
| By use of methods of mathematical economics,this paper reveals the b－effect in the process of capital flows.The conclusion shows that if a country allows the capital market free and open without strengthening the development of its finamcial system,the rapid economic growth of the country must be accompanied by high instability of the economy.Empirical studies support our theoretical predictions. |
