      The AI big model， deeply rooted in the explosion of data and the leap of computing power during the information age， has facilitated the construction of the intelligent government due to its powerful data analysis and decision-making capabilities. On this basis， the AI big model promotes the transformation of the government from passive management to active service through the analysis and processing of massive data， achieving the intelligence of policy decision-making and the precision of public services. Simultaneously， AI technology has optimized the organizational structure of the government， reduced hierarchical redundancy， and improved cross-department collaboration efficiency through process automation and data exchange. The dual effect of AI big models driving the reshaping of intelligent government functions and structural optimization has reconstructed the trust relationship between the government and society by enhancing transparency and public participation， laying a solid foundation for the construction of a future smart society.
