      元杂剧中，婚姻家庭戏占有显著的位置。科举又常常是导致打破婚姻恋爱关系中的平衡，构成戏剧冲突，从而推动剧情发展的重要动因。通过科举戏中的夫妻离合与科举之间的关联，来考察婚姻家庭关系变故中的法律问题。《墙头马上》、 《潇湘雨》和《渔樵记》三部元杂剧均涉及到科举和夫妻分离与破镜重圆，超出了单纯的爱情剧的范围，比较全面地反映了当时的婚姻家庭及其相关的社会、法律问题。

      The plays of marriage and family occupy a prominent position in Yuan miscellaneous dramas. The imperial examination is important to form the dramatic conflicts and push the development of the plot by keeping or breaking the balance in the marriage and family. The paper investigates the law issues of marriage and family relations in the imperial examination plays. The separation and reunion of husband and wife in the three Yuan miscellaneous dramas Pei Shaojun and Li Qianjun, XiaoXiangyu and Yuqiao ji show a full view of the issues of marriage, family, society and law.
