从等级制中心地到关系型城市网络——长三角区域一体化中城镇体系核心特征的转变

From a Hierarchical Center to a Relational City Network—Changes in the Core Characteristics of the Urban System in the Regional Integration of the Yangtze River Delta

      阐述在新的发展背景和条件下,我国城镇体系研究的中心地理论指导作用式微，城市网络理论的兴盛；说明长三角地区城市体系研究由热趋冷,城市网络研究兴起的过程，以及城际关系实质转型与城市规模、联系强度分等分层惯性思维并存的状态; 分析长三角地区城镇体系规划实践中的城际关系认识转型——强调城市网络,兼论城市的中心性和等级层次; 指出对中国城市体系核心特征转变的认识需要消除等级观念,淡化城市行政等级制度产生的负面效应。

英文摘要:

      This article elaborates that under the new development background and conditions, the guiding role of the central place theory in the study of China’s urban system has declined, and the urban network theory has flourished. It shows that the process of urban system research in the Yangtze River Delta is from hot to cold, and the rise of urban network research, the substantive transformation of inter-city relations and hierarchical inertial thinking such as city scale and connection strength are in the state of coexistence. The article also analyzes the transformation of the understanding of inter-city relations in the urban system planning practice in the Yangtze River Delta region, emphasizes the urban network, and discusses the centrality and hierarchical level of the city. Finally, the article points out that the understanding of the transformation of the core characteristics of the Chinese urban system needs to eliminate the concept of hierarchy and to downplay the negative effects of the urban administrative hierarchy system.
