高校科技成果转化治理范式亟须从传统的分散知识治理向嵌套平台治理转型。文章基于参与可转换优先股交易架构,定义并设计了科转赋能币及其交易市场体系;基于有限合伙治理架构,首次提出了科转嵌套专业VC的概念及其运作模式,构建了高校科技成果转化嵌套共生数智平台网络系统,系统阐述了其治理逻辑与治理机制,并提出了科技成果NFT确权、发行科转高校纪念币和科转嵌套纪念币等加快高校科技成果转化体制与机制改革的突破性举措。 |

There is an urgent need to transform the governance paradigm of university science and technology achievement transformation from traditional decentralized knowledge governance to embedded platform governance. The article defines and designs the science transfer empowerment coin and its trading market system based on the participation in convertible preferred stock trading structure, and based on the limited partnership governance structure. The article puts forward the concept of science transfer embedded professional VC and its operation mode for the first time, constructs the embedded symbiotic digital intelligence platform network system for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities, systematically elaborates its governance logic and governance mechanism, and proposes breakthrough measures to accelerate the reform of the system and mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities such as NFT confirmation of scientific and technological achievements, issuance of science transfer university commemorative coin and science transfer embedded commemorative coin. |
