英文摘要:

      Xi Jinping put forward his labor distributive justice thought in the report of 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The thought advocates adhering to the principle of distribution according to work and promoting income distribution more rationally and orderly. Xi Jinping labor distributive justice thought includes the thought of human rights, the rule of law labor distribution justice, the thought of employment and labor distribution justice, the thought of talent incentive labor distribution justice, and the thought of global governance labor distribution justice. These ideas mainly reflect that the inherent requirement of labor distributive justice focuses on laborer happiness, labor right equality, labor opportunity equality, labor ability equality and the global perspective. Xi Jinping’s thought on labor distributive justice derives from Marx’s thought on labor distributive justice, and is an inheritance of Marx’s thought on labor distributive justice and a practical development of Marx’s thought on labor distributive justice.
