      在今天的中国，“美好生活”是一个影响日增的高频词汇，并成为国内学术界和理论界普遍关注的理论热点，从而对“美好生活”及其核心的揭示便成为一个亟待探讨的理论任务。按照马克思主义的理论，人的本性就是自由自觉的活动即劳动，在这样的前提下，美好生活的核心就在于劳动的幸福。然而，劳动幸福的实现是一个历史的过程，也需要相应的前提条件。具体而言，劳动幸福有赖于：劳动必须是目的，而不能仅仅是手段；劳动必须是自愿的，而不能是被迫和强制的；劳动者拥有生产资料，而不是与生产资料相分离；劳动者之间形成合作关系，而不是对立关系；劳动是全面的，而不是片面的。

英文摘要:

      In today’s China, “good life” has become a high frequency word with increasing influence, and has become a theoretical focus of academic and theoretical circles, thus revealing that the core of a better life is an urgent theoretical task. According to Marxist theory, human nature is free and conscious labor. In view of such a premise, the core of a good life lies in the happiness of labor. However, the realization of labor happiness is a historical process, and the corresponding preconditions are required. Specifically, the prerequisite for labor happiness is that labor must be an end rather than a means, labor must be voluntary rather than forced and compulsory, the laborer should have the means of production rather than being separated from the means of production, workers should be cooperative rather than contending, and labor is of comprehensiveness rather than one sidedness.
