德国的教师教育历史悠久,其相关政策的实施已取得一定成就,且仍在不断地探索和创新。基于德国文教部长联席会议21世纪以来出台的三份教师教育政策文件——2004年的《教师教育标准》、2014年的《教师教育标准(修订版)》以及2019年的《教师教育标准(修订版)》,归纳出德国教师教育政策演进的四个特征:增强各阶段的衔接性;提高教师教学技能;促进教师合作模式;提升教师社会能力。 |

Germany has a long history of teacher education, and the implementation of its related policies has achieved certain achievements, and it is still in the constant process of exploration and innovation. Based on three teacher education policy documents issued by the Joint Conference of German Ministers of Culture and Education in this century: “Teacher Education Standards” in 2004, “Teacher Education Standards (Revised Edition)” in 2014, and “Teacher Education Standards (Revised Edition) in 2019”, the paper summarizes the four characteristics of the evolution of German teacher education policy: enhancing the cohesion at all stages; improving the teaching skills of teachers; promoting the mode of teacher cooperation; enhancing the social ability of teachers. |
