朱光潜的基础教育思想具有批判性与建设性、前瞻性与实践性相统一的特点,主要体现在批判体制积弊、揭示学制之咎、探索教学之法、倡导人格教育等四个方面,多层次、多角度地描绘了以人格教育为中心的基础教育的理想蓝图。他对官僚化、商业化、不公平的教育体制以及平均主义的学制的批判思考,对“个别自由发展”、“人格感化”、“培养领袖人物”的理论主张,对当代中国基础教育乃至整个教育的改革与创新仍具有重要的启示意义。 |

Zhu Guangqian’s thoughts of basic education possess the characteristics of being combined with criticism and constructiveness, foresightedness and practicality, and they mainly embody four aspects, criticism of long-standing drawbacks in the system, revelation of the malpractice in the educational system, exploration of the teaching method, avocation of the personality education, which depict an ideal blue print for basic education in personality-centered education at various levels and from different perspectives. His critical thinking of the bureaucratic, commercialized, unfair education system and the same length of schooling, and his theories of “the free development of individual”, “personality influence” and “cultivating leaders” still inspire the reform and innovation of basic education and the whole education of contemporary China. |
