从城市文化的角度思考和探讨了电影的城市影响力,着重以“艺术影院”的文化策略和有效运营机制为核心,论述了城市电影公共空间经营思维及其展示内容的艺术性、多样性和长期视野对于城市文化生态和国家经济与文化平衡发展的关键意义。以法国在欧洲推行的“文化例外”政策和文化多样性思想为借鉴,针对好莱坞逻辑及其商业法则对全球电影文化和艺术属性的长期侵蚀,提出在城市中营建“艺术影院”的必要性和可行性,通过研究艺术影院在城市中的定位、受众群、总体文化理念和经营机制,以及城市文化政策与市场机制的平衡等,指出坚持电影的艺术文化属性不仅对城市定位和发展尤为重要,更是对人类文化多样性和民族文化保护的长期贡献。此外,还强调指出电影作为“第七艺术”的本质属性随着好莱坞模式的全球化正在被遗忘或抛弃,这同样也是城市电影文化研究亟待反思、回应和努力的重大课题。 |

From the perspective of urban culture, the paper analyzes the urban influence of cinema with emphasis on cultural strategies and effective operative mechanisms of “arthouse cinema” and explores the urban public space and artistry diversity of the contents of and the significance of the long-term vision for the urban ecological balance between the nation’s economy and culture. Taking the reference of the “cultural exception” policy and cultural diversity from France and its spread in Europe and aiming at the Hollywood logic and business rules for the long-term erosion of global film market, the paper holds it’s feasible to build “arthouse cinema” in the city based on the analysis of the location, audience, overall cultural philosophy and economic management, and the balance between urban cultural policies and market mechanisms. The paper also points out that the adherence to the artistic and cultural aspects of films is of great importance for city orientation and its development, and it also contributes to the protection of diversity and heritage of national culture in the long run. In addition, the paper highlights that the film as the essence of “the seventh art” is being abandoned by the globalization of Hollywood logic. This is a major issue to be addressed and reflected in the study of urban culture on cinema. |
