英文摘要:

      Diversity is the fundamental characteristic of civilization， and as an important part of human civilization， legal civilization also has the basic feature of diversity， and the creation of new forms of human legal civilization reflects this characteristic as well. The new form of human legal civilization created in the Chinese field holds significant contemporary value. It has established an original system of legal discourse， highlighted the leadership capabilities of the Communist Party of China， promoted the modernization transformation of Chinese legal civilization， broken the inherent Western impression of legal civilization forms， and enabled people to break away from the rigid Western imagination of rule of law， thereby focusing on an autonomous path of legal development. This highlights the characteristics that distinguish the modern legal civilization of the Chinese nation from other legal civilizations， enriching the diversity of human legal civilization. The creation of new forms of human legal civilization and the development of modern Chinese legal civilization are not completed， but in progress. Refining the phased experiences of creating new forms of human legal civilization and developing modern Chinese legal civilization have its theoretical significance and contemporary value.
