      Ordinances in Qin dynasty are important parts of Yuelu Qin bamboo slips. To judge and confirm whether the ordinances in bamboo slips are Qin ordinances or not is a perplexing issue. The paper describes and analyzes the classification of the format of ordinances in Qin dynasty and summarizes their common writing format. It is hoped that the findings in the paper are helpful to interpret ordinances in Yuelu Qin bamboo slips.
