      《清华大学藏战国竹简（六）》所载《子产》篇为论说文，主要是论述子产执政史实和相关政法举措，《子产》篇与《左传》相关篇章可以对读，从而让人对子产制“刑书”的历史渊源、内涵等有更多认识。结合《尚书·吕刑》《逸周书·尝麦解》等关于周代“刑书”的记载，可以对先秦时期以“刑书”为名的法规范有更多了解。

      Chapter of Zi Chan (《子产》) in Tsinghua Collection of Bamboo Slip Manuscripts（VI）is an exposition, which mainly discusses the history of Zi Chan’s ruling and his political and legal policies. Chapter of Zi Chan and the relevant chapters in Zuo Zhuan （《左传》）can be read intertextually, from which we can have a more comprehensive understanding of the historical origin and connotation of Xing Shu (刑书) written by Zi Chan. Combined with other records relating to Xing Shu (刑书), such as Shang Shu/ Lv Xing （《尚书·吕刑》）and Yi Zhou Shu/ Chang Mai Jie （《逸周书·尝麦解》, we can have a better understanding of the legal regulations named “Xing Shu” in the Pre-Qin period.
