结构转型期企业诚信推进呈现诸多问题的原因在于,企业诚信供给不适应多元利益诉求的现实困境,以及企业权、责、利分离的认知困境。破解企业诚信责任困境,应当在企业同多方利益相关者的利益博弈过程中尊重企业责任与利益的一致性,通过分析影响企业诚信行为决策的3种利益博弈模式,寻求建立合乎企业经济理性、有效统一企业“义”与“利”关系的企业诚信内外联动机制。在多元利益均衡的状态下,实现企业诚信行为与盈利目的的统一,推进企业诚信建设。 |

Modern market-oriented economy brings about structural variation in terms of credit activities. The data of Shanghai CSR reports reveals several problems in the present CSR practice, such as the imbalance between supply and demand, inconformity of power, responsibility and benefit. These obstacles plague contemporary thinking about business credibility. The paper attempts to clarify how we understand business credibility from the perspective of “integration of enterprises power, responsibility and benefit”, and to explore the coordinated mechanism through balancing plural interests within the multi-player game. Accordingly, the debates on the interface between business credibility and enterprises benefits are expected to be readdressed. |
