通过量化统计与质化分析相结合的研究方法,对新浪微博@头条新闻在“8·12”天津塘沽爆炸事故中相关微博的主题、性质、批评对象、信息源及相关微博讨论的情绪进行分析,总结了突发事件网络舆情形成的特点,并结合政府的舆论应对情况提出建议。研究发现,@头条新闻通过整合事故现场普通网民所发布的碎片式信息,提高了信息质量和可信度,为事故信息快速传播提供了新途径;事故中微博主要发挥了信息传播与舆论监督的作用;政府部门的突发事件应对情况对网民态度影响较大,具体来说,政府消极应对导致谴责政府、追问政府责任等负面情绪形成,网络上负面情绪扩大之后,天津市政府转变发布会中的应对态度,正面积极回应各类问题,谴责政府的负面情绪得到有效控制;网络舆论有助于政府在突发事件处置过程中把握民意并改善应对情况。 |

The paper explores the formation of online public opinions through the analysis of the top news’ micro-blog regarding the 8·12 Tianjin Explosion. The conclusions can be summarized as the following four points: firstly, top news’ micro-blog integrated the fragmental information posted by private users, which provide a new way for the rapid spread of accident information; secondly, during the accident, top news’ micro-blog mainly performed the function of disseminating information and supervision, thirdly, government’s passive response caused formation of the online negative emotion, and government’s positive response effectively controlled the online negative emotion; fourthly, online public opinion helped the government to grasp the public opinion and improved the response in the process of emergency disposal. |
