      随着后工业化风险社会的来临，有一股强大的强势民主正在回流，要求公民自治，在民主治理中亲自参与和协商，在继承代议民主和精英民主基础上超越，寻求自治民主。自治民主不是同语反复，而是对民主的自主性和人民主权的再启蒙，也是对经典民主价值的再发现。自治民主也不能仅占据道德的制高点而流于空谈，文章尝试探讨自治民主得以贯彻的可行性，从而更好地澄清在新情势下人们对民主的认识。

      With the coming of risk society in the post industrial period, there is a backflow of strong democracy, which requires civil autonomy, personal participation and deliberation in the process of democratic governance, and seeks autonomous democracy in the succession of representative democracy and elite democracy. Autonomous democracy is not a tautology, but an enlightenment of the democratic autonomy and people’s sovereignty, and a rediscovery of classical democratic values. The autonomous democracy cannot be held as equal to morality, or it will be an empty talk. The paper explores the feasibility to implement autonomous democracy so to clarify the understanding of democracy in the new area.
