      学术界对作为政治文化研究主要方法的经验方法的批评文章从概念的视角对其进行了引述和分析。指出，如果一个理论没有解决内部的概念问题，它就可能自相矛盾或使解释机制模糊不清；如果没有解决外部的概念问题，就可能忽视与它相关的研究传统的基本的认知和概念借用及创新。政治文化研究所使用的主观性文化概念，从政治文化、社会资本到价值观是有所进步的，但仍难以观察或确定，从而使它无法摆脱对经验性研究方法的依赖。把这些概念应用到政治文化研究中，难以提供令人信服的因果关系或其他确定性的解释，它们在如何激励个体行动、在聚合人们行为时是如何保持连续性或发生变化的问题上也存在着局限性，因此概念构建是不可避免的。

英文摘要:

      The critical papers on the empirical method as a major method in the study of political culture are quoted and analyzed from the conceptual perspective. The conceptual dilemma either causes contradictions in the theory itself and ambiguity in its interpretation mechanism, or negligence of the basic understanding of the related research traditions, and borrowings and innovation of concepts. Some subjective cultural concepts in the study of political culture, such as political culture, social capital and value, are progressive, but they are still difficult to be observed or determined. As a result, the study of political culture can not be free from dependence on the empirical research method. Although these concepts are applied to the study of political culture, it is impossible to make convincing explanations on causal relationship or make definitive explanation. There are some limitations in those concepts in terms of how to motivate individual and how to keep continuity or change in the aggregation of human behavior. Therefore, the conceptual construction is inevitable and essential.
