      As a justice inquiry into the labor mode, labor activity and labor relation, labor justice in essence is a philosophical reflection and value investigation of rationality and finality of the labor mode, labor activity and labor relationship. The prominence of labor justice discourse in modern society is not only relevant to the well-accepted labor value, but also related to overshadow of capital logic, power logic to enforcement of labor and the overshadow of dignitary culture to labor value. In order to achieve labor justice, the capital logic should be sublated to improve labor efficiency, the democratic construction should be strengthened to protect the dignity of labor, the mass view of history should be highlighted to advocate labor culture, the distribution according to work should be practiced to promote the harmony of labor, and the working environment should be improved to achieve the freedom of labor.
