遮阴对“太平红”牡丹细根生长时空特征的影响

摘要:
遮阴是花卉栽培中常见的管理措施,通过影响光合作用,进而改变干物质积累与分配,从而影响根系功能性状。为揭示遮阴对牡丹根系生长的影响规律,本试验以油用牡丹品种“太平红”为供试材料,设置遮光率为全光照的43.19%(中度遮阴,STT)、87.42%(重度遮阴,SFT)的二种遮荫处理,以不遮阴为对照(CK),并对不同处理下油用牡丹根系的表面积、体积及其增长量进行分析。结果表明:相对于对照,遮阴处理下“太平红”牡丹的根表面积和根体积增长量更为显著,水平方向上均呈中层>外层>内层,且中度遮阴优于重度遮阴(F=2.712,p<0.05;F=5.314,p<0.01);垂直方向上呈中层>下层>上层,且中度遮阴的增长量要高于重度遮阴和CK(F=4.695,p<0.01;F=10.914,p<0.01);春夏季遮阴处理的根表面积和根体积增长量要显著高于对照(F=5.363,p<0.05;F=17.554,p<0.05),说明适度遮阴有利于根系生长发育。随着遮阴强度的增加,“太平红”牡丹根系的表面积和体积呈先升高后降低的趋势。综上所述,中度遮阴处理有利于“太平红”牡丹根系维持良好的生长,为牡丹栽培管理提供了科学依据。

Effect of shading on the spatio-temporal characteristics of fine root growth of "Taiping Hong" peony

Abstract:
Shading is a common management measure in plant cultivation, which affects root functional traits by implicating photosynthesis and then changing dry matter accumulation and distribution. In order to reveal the effect of shading on the growth of peony roots, this experiment used the oil peony variety 'Taipinghong' as the test material, and set two shading treatments with shading rates of 43.19 % (moderate shading, STT) and 87.42 % (severe shading, SFT) of full light, with no shading as the control (CK). The surface area, volume, and growth increment of peony roots under different treatments were analyzed. The results showed that compared with the control, the root surface area and root volume of 'Taipinghong' peony increased more significantly under shading treatment, and the horizontal direction showed middle layer > outer layer > inner layer, and moderate shading was better than severe shading (F = 2.712, p < 0.05; F = 5.314, p < 0.01); in the vertical direction, it was middle layer > lower layer > upper layer, and the growth of moderate shading was higher than that of severe shading and CK (F = 4.695, p < 0.01; f = 10.914, p < 0.01); the increase of root surface area and root volume of shading treatment in spring and summer was significantly higher than that of control (F = 5.363, p < 0.05; F = 17.554, p < 0.05), indicating that moderate shading is conducive to root growth and development. With the increase of shading intensity, the root surface area and volume of the peony increased first and then decreased. In summary, moderate shading treatment is beneficial to the root growth of 'Taipinghong' peony, which provides a scientific basis for the cultivation and management of peony.
