本文对机器人自动流程化(RPA)建模进行了系统性综述,重点探讨了基于事件日志的流程挖掘方法以及如流程图、业务流程建模语言等其他建模方法.通过全面梳理和分析现有文献,揭示了RPA建模领域的主要研究进展及其局限性,并提出了未来的研究方向,为RPA建模提供了理论支持和方法指导. |

A systematic review of process modeling in robotic process automation (RPA) was provided in this paper with focus on event log based process mining methods and other modeling approaches such as flowchart and business process modeling language. Through comprehensive review and analysis of existing literature, the key research advancements and limitations in the field of RPA modeling were highlighted and future research directions were proposed, which provided theoretical support and methodological guidance for RPA process modeling. |
