金属有机分子笼(MOCs)是由金属离子或离子簇与有机配体通过自组装形成的离散笼状配合物,这类材料因其独特的几何结构、丰富的内部空间和非共价封装能力,成为生物医学领域的新兴材料. 近年来,MOCs因其高度的可设计性和多功能性,在临床诊断及肿瘤治疗等方面展现出了巨大的应用潜力. 文章综述了MOCs在生物医学领域的最新研究进展,特别是其在临床诊断和肿瘤治疗中的应用. |

Application progress of metal-organic cages in biomedicine |

Abstract: |
Metal-organic cages (MOCs) are discrete cage complexes formed via self-assembly of metal ions or polynuclear clusters with organic ligands. MOCs have become emerging materials in the biomedical domain owing to their distinctive geometric architecture, rich internal space, and non-covalent encapsulation ability. Over recent years, MOCs have shown significant potential in clinical diagnosis and tumor treatment due to their exceptional designability and multifunctional property. This review aims to summarize the most recent research progress of MOCs in the biomedical field, especially their applications in clinical diagnosis and tumor treatment. |
