成功制备了由质子化聚苯胺(PANI)和金纳米粒子(Au NPs)构成的复合电极,其表现出优异的光电化学(PEC)性能,并对pH值有响应. 腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)能催化腺苷脱氨,导致PANI去质子化,引起复合电极颜色的改变和对应光电流减弱. 利用双信号变化实现了对ADA的定量测定,在5~50 U·L-1范围内,光电流强度与ADA活度之间呈良好的线性关系,检测限达到0.3 U·L-1,该方法具有高灵敏度和准确性. 这一传感器的开发和应用为ADA的检测提供了新的途径. |

Abstract: |
In this study, we successfully prepared a novel composite electrode composed of protonated polyaniline(PANI) and gold nanoparticles(Au NPs). This composite electrode exhibits excellent photoelectrochemical(PEC) properties and is responsive to pH values. When adenosine deaminase(ADA) is presenting, it catalyzes the deamination of adenosine, leading to the deprotonation of PANI and a change in colors of the composite electrode. Simultaneously, the photocurrent of the electrode also decreases accordingly. We utilized these dual signal shifts to achieve quantitative determination of ADA. There is a good linear relationship between photocurrent intensity and ADA activity within the range of 5-50 U·L-1, with a detection limit of 0.3 U·L-1, demonstrating a high sensitivity and accuracy of this method. The development and application of this sensor provide a new approach for ADA detection. |
