面向LCT亚毫米望远镜的多像素超导混频器本振分配设计

摘要:
为了提高LCT亚毫米波望远镜的性能,本研究设计了一个8输出端口的本振分配网络。该网络以3dB的6分支波导定向耦合器为基础构建,确保了8个端口的功率输出均衡。仿真结果显示,在225-235 GHz的频率范围内,各输出端口的传输系数差异不超过1dB,回波损耗低于-20dB,而端口间的隔离度也低于-15dB。这些性能指标均符合LCT亚毫米波望远镜的应用要求。

Design of Local Oscillator Distribution for Multi-pixel Superconducting Mixer for LCT Submillimeter Telescope

Abstract:
A simulation method was employed to design an 8-output port local oscillator (LO) distribution network for LCT submillimeter telescope. The LO distribution network uses a 3 dB 6-branch waveguide directional coupler as the core unit, achieving equal power distribution across eight output ports. Simulation results show that in the frequency range of 225-235 GHz, the transmission coefficient difference among output ports is less than 1 dB, the return loss remains below -20 dB, and the port-to-port isolation is better than -15 dB. These specifications fulfill the operational requirements of the LCT submillimeter telescope.
